Message credits allow you to send messages to your chatbot based on your subscription plan. Each conversation message from users consumes credits. Different AI models may consume different amounts of credits per message.

Credits are renewed automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan). Any unused credits from the previous cycle will expire and be replaced with your new allocation.

There's no limit on the number of users who can interact with your chatbot. The limitation is based on message credits consumed. Each user conversation uses credits from your plan allocation.
