Registration Requirements

A personal account—created with your real first and last name—is required for most features. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as necessary.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activity under your account. Use a strong password and log out after each session.

Account Termination

We may immediately suspend an account for material breach.

For minor breaches you have 30 days to cure before permanent termination. After termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

Our Content

All platform code, design, and trademarks are owned by Davay.ai or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.

Your Content

By uploading text files, links, avatar images, or connecting social‑media videos, you grant Davay.ai a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, irrevocable licence to store, transform, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You must own—or have rights to—all data you upload; training a chatbot on third‑party content you do not control is prohibited.

Social‑Video Content

When you connect TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube you confirm you have rights to ingest those videos. Davay.ai claims no ownership of that underlying content.

Restrictions

You must not:

• Violate any law or third‑party right.
• Upload or generate unlawful, defamatory, hateful, adult, or privacy‑invasive content.
• Create bots that provide medical, legal, or political‑persuasion advice.
• Attempt prompt‑injection, reverse‑engineer, scrape personal data, or bypass rate limits.
• Share accounts or resell access without our written consent.

API Limitations

API calls are capped per your subscription tier (see Pricing page). Automated abuse triggers throttling or suspension.

Content Guidelines

All User Content must comply with copyright, privacy, and publicity laws.

Subscription Terms

Available plans include Sandbox (free), Explorer ($47/mo), Money Maker ($147/mo), and Boss Mode ($497/mo) with discounted yearly options. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Billing

Prices are listed in US Dollars ($) and may be subject to tax. Payment processing is handled entirely by our third-party payment processor, and payment details are stored solely by the processor, not by Davay.ai.

Refunds

Under Israel's Consumer Protection Law (1981) you may cancel a remote‑sale subscription within 14 days and receive a refund minus ₪100 or 5% of the fee (whichever is lower).

After 14 days, partially used cycles and credits are non‑refundable.

Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Davay.ai's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you actually paid in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Davay.ai against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Israel.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will give 14 days' notice via email and an in‑app banner.

Notification

If you disagree with the revised Terms, stop using the Service before they become effective.
